By submitting a project, requesting a quotation, or using the services of Jaida Pixelora ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, logo redraw, 3D puff artwork, data entry/digitization, and related production services for print shops, e-commerce stores, and businesses.

All work begins with a quotation based on the files and instructions you submit. A project is only scheduled for production once you approve the quotation and any required deposit is received. Prices are quoted per project and may vary based on complexity, stitch count, format, or turnaround requirements.

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe, Payoneer, Razorpay, bank/wire transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm — see our Contact page for full details.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of quotation approval. For recurring or high-volume clients, custom billing terms may be arranged separately in writing.

Standard turnaround is typically under 12 hours for most projects; rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability. Turnaround begins once a quotation is approved and all required files/instructions are received.

Minor revisions related to fixing errors on our end are provided free of charge. Revisions resulting from incomplete instructions, changed specifications, or new requests may be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.

You confirm that you own or have the right to submit any artwork, logos, or files sent to us for production. Once a project is paid in full, the final production-ready files are yours to use. We may, with your permission, showcase anonymized work in our portfolio.

We treat all client files and project details as confidential and do not share them with third parties outside of completing the requested work, except with your prior consent.

Projects may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once production has started, refunds are assessed based on work already completed. Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

We aim for accuracy and quality on every project, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered files, including production issues on third-party machinery or software outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
